I spend a considerable amount of time in Facebook jail OVER NOTHING. As one who advocates for peace, liberty and justice, I can categorically state that I have NEVER posted anything offensive, crude, vulgar, racist or anything remotely deemed justifiable for a suspension. However and LOL, I'm suspended a lot. I was suspended on April 12, 2021 for 30 days...for what I can't even remember. At the time I was posting quite a bit on Black Lives Matter founder Patrisse Cullors and her use of donated money to buy multiple houses totaling millions of dollars in predominantly white neighborhoods! That scandal had gone viral. Many black folks want to know what BLM did with $90 million in donations and nobody seems to know. What is known is that black folks in poor and struggling neighborhoods apparently didn't get any financial help. It's my belief that criticizing BLM is what got me shut down. FB protects BLM, Antifa and other violent racist, Marxist groups.
After being reinstated May 12, I continued to post articles and comments about current events and notably Anthony Fauci, COVID, the Lab Leak Theory & origins of COVID because it's all over the Internet and social media...it's just a smoking hot issue. Lo and behold, on June 12, 2021 I'm back in FB jail over this post and a comment which FB censors says violates community standards. It does no such thing.

The R's & D's represent the cheap labor lobby that fills their campaign coffers.
Facebook friend Todd Gladieux responded with a comment that effectively said that there are no differences between the Republicans and Democrats. I kinda agreed and posted this response:
Rand Paul was my choice for president, still is. That said, I view Trump as less dangerous than Biden. I'm hardly a Trump fan and there are a lot of reasons why I dislike him but he was the least lethal electable option. He didn't start any new wars and his tax cuts were great for the economy. Other than that, he's a big spending authoritarian. I blame the American people. They are idiots.That post and comment got me tossed in FB jail for at least another 30 days. In any event, I really meant to say that American voters are idiots because they keep electing folks who sellout to the highest bidders! Anyway, the suspension is a recurring theme on FB. It censors me over NOTHING, allows me back on for a few weeks and them looks for any lame excuse to toss me back in FB jail.
What triggered the suspension? It wasn't this post or comment. Specifically I had been posting articles on how Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook collaborated with Anthony Fauci to block truth and debate on COVID. FB is knee deep in the censorship of COVID truth.
The Wokebook Nazis can block/censor me all they want and they do it to me and millions of others all day long. However, it won't stop the truth because the truth is unstoppable.
Meanwhile, I wear my suspensions as a badge of honor.
Finally, this is the standard FB message that it uses to justify all my suspensions:
