Indiana Passes a Law Allowing Citizens to Shoot the Cops

The right of self-defense is a basic and fundamental natural right that includes the absolute right to defend yourself, your family and your property when threatened. However, in recent years government goons at the federal, state and city level have been busting down the doors of innocent civilians and terrorizing them with militarized police state tactics. Law enforcement no longer needs probable cause or even a valid search warrant to violently bust into the homes of private citizens in the middle of the night. They just indulge in Nazi style civilian terror because the courts have eviscerated the 4th amendment over the years by effectively ruling that any law enforcement officer has the absolute right to do whatever they want and constitutional civil liberty protections no longer exist. More alarming, the Supreme Court has ruled that there is no constitutional right to resist being arrested, jailed, beat up or otherwise sexually abused by government law enforcement goons.

Indiana is the first state to pass a law allowing citizens to defend themselves against the police.
Police officers in Indiana are upset over a new law allowing residents to use deadly force against public servants, including law enforcement officers, who unlawfully enter their homes. It was signed by Republican Governor Mitch Daniels in March.
The first of its kind in the United States, the law was adopted after the state Supreme Court went too far in one of its rulings last year, according to supporters. The case in question involved a man who assaulted an officer during a domestic violence call. The court ruled that there was “no right to reasonably resist unlawful entry by police officers.”

Precisely because the courts have ruled that state violence against citizens is constitutional and permissible, websites are popping up everywhere documenting state violence against citizens. Even more degrading and humiliating, the Supreme Court upheld the right of law enforcement to strip search everybody taken into custody, even folks seized by the cops for routine traffic violations.

Bend Over and Spread Em says the Supreme Court

America used to be a place where privacy and the rule of law was highly valued and vigorously enforced.  These days, the federal/state courts and the Gestapo cops are creating a horrifying Nazified Police State, a reign of terror and a despotism worse than most of the world's most notoriously ruthless regimes.

Welcome to the New America - Police State USA.
