Good article. Thanks. I primarily use hydrogen peroxide on the skin to prevent infection of minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. The other supplements you suggest I have well covered in the 2 dozen or so nutritional supplements I take daily. My version of vitamin D is D3. And yes, I also take K2 and chelated zinc. Everything counts when it comes to being healthy.
